We currently only stock the sizes above but we will be expanding our sizing range to UK 4-20 in the near future,

Being a new small business our order quantities at this time are small and we were unable to stock all sizes.

If you wish to purchase any item in a size that we do not currently stock, please email help@auroraecoclothing.com to request.

RETURNS

 

1. STEP ONE

 

If you wish to return any item bought at Aurora, please fill in a returns/exchanges form within 28 days after receiving the goods.

We are happy to accept returns as long as;

The item(s) are still in the original condition, unworn with tags.

The item(s) are purchased from the Aurora Website.

You have filled out the returns/exchange form and the item(s) are safely packaged to avoid damage in transit

The return contains a copy of the original order number or a copy of the return request.

Please use the original package we have sent the item in, as we want to ensure we are keeping waste to a minimum.

 

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are damaged or aren't returned in a saleable condition.

2. STEP TWO

The customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and Aurora can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email). 

Our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).

The money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in maximum 30 days.*

*Please be advised that if you had Free Shipping and after a return, your order stays below the minimum value for Free Shipping we will keep the shipping cost when processing the refund. These will be the standard shipping costs for your area as detailed below.

EXCHANGES

Please note that all online purchases must be exchanged by the process below.

3. STEP THREE

The customer must inform us, within the returns/exchanges form, of the new product/colour/size desired. 

About our exchanges timings:

If the product you desire is in stock by the time your package arrives at our facilities the exchange will be processed within max 5 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities. 

If the product you desire is out of stock by the time your package arrives at our facilities, we will email you to let you know the timeline for the item to be re-stocked (exchanges are priority) and you can decide whether to wait or we will refund you as per our refund terms. If you decide to wait for the product to be back in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities. 

 

We offer the cost of the shipping on your 1st exchange (you have to pay the shipping of sending the products back to us).

We are a European independent brand based in the United Kingdom, so shipping is currently a little more expensive outside of the UK & Northern Island (As we grow, we will look to bring this cost down, along with making shipping as green as possible).

Europe - £3.99 for Accessories ONLY / £12.99 for Clothing (4-8 Business Days)

INTERNATIONAL

Rest of the World - £5.99 for Accessories ONLY / £19.99 for Clothing (6-10 Business Days)

​We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from Europe to your shipping destination could incur customs charges.
